Di nuovo il Kenwood R-5000
Dopo un bel po' di tempo ho rimesso in funzione il vecchio Kenwood R-5000, che era rimasto in un angolo a Bocca di Magra a prendere polvere. L'ho riportato a Milano e rimesso nello shack.
Il mio ricevitore è stato modificato: filtro AM 4 kHz della Inrad, modifiche audio della KIWA, migliorata la sensibilità in onde medie e lunghe eliminando l'attenuazione prevista dal costruttore.
L'R-5000 è un buon ricevitore, anche se è pensato soprattutto il traffico radioamatoriale e non per le broadcasting. Su questo ultimo fronte i Drake e l'AOR 7030 sono decisamente migliori.
